I went to the Hoop Retreat this year. I was totally amazed by the creative energy of the teachers, organizers, performers, and everyone else there.
Surprisingly many of the people I met were small business owners. Who knew the hoop path attracts entrepreneurs? The community certainly won my endorsement!

– Circus Performers – with tricks and extreme fitness!
– Theatrical Dancers – with characters and emotional storytelling with their dance.
– Spiritual Practitioners – with hoop ritual and meditation combined with other energy movement techniques.
